Shalamar was the spirit of the Summer Axe, one of five supernatural axes created by Babeester Gor in the time before time. She served many mistresses before being lost to history when the Four Points temple was engulfed by Delecti's marsh. After the best part of an age she was found by a young, very inexperienced, warrior named Cara. She trained and guided Cara in the ways of Babeester Gor and helped the young initiate through many battles.
Shalamar disappeared as she caused the destruction of a powerful chaos artefact, though the axe remains in the possession of Cara. Whether she is missing or dead is unclear at this point.
