Dianchect began her early training in a Nunnery near Drax. As the darkness of the Drax Nightmare Alliance started to spread, Dian' became increasingly suspicious of one of her tutors. She followed her mentor into the Dungeon of Drax and confronted the older priestess as she left a blasphemous ceremony. In the ensuing struggle the elderly priestess fell, struck her head and died three days later.

No charges were pressed, possibly because the Church was embarassed that one if its own was a follower of Drax. However, it rapidly became apparent to Dian' that she could expect no further advancement within the Church as she was passed over for ecclesistical position after position.

Eventually one of her teachers suggested that the best approach might be to become an itinerant priest - taking the Word of the Six to those who could not attend a church on a regular basis, and battling evil where ever it should arise. With some regret Dian' packed her things an set off to explore.

Her travels eventually led her to Icehaunt and thence to the Shadowrift. She fought along side other Walkers to liberate the Walkers' Citadel, and was also present during the battles against Death Jester. She led an exploration of the Shadowrift and is currently exploring the tunnels to the south.
